Purpleknight, thank you for your post, it is very inspiring.
I remember you from my earlier days posting here, and you are always so full of wisdom.
I actually thought you had a lot more sober time than a year, as you come across as so wise and very experienced in sobriety. I guess that's what people mean when they talk about quality of sobriety and not just quantity......you have quality sobriety in spades, my friend.
As Dee said, you have surely helped many people in your time on this site too. You have certainly helped me today.
EDIT to add: I forgot to congratulate you on your year, very well done. It's a milestone I can only dream of at present.

Purple knight...That was quite possibly the best post I've read in the 2 years I've been here. Your definition of 'Hell' and, your simple statement of being incompatible with alcohol were spot on!
