rough day
so today i got yelled at today by human resource person who actually cursed at me for something not even my fault... i instantly went to take a break an started crying so hard... i was so embarrassed... she came an found ne an apoloized an said it wasn't my fault she was just f frustrated... still no excuse. Either way my mind right now is saying grab a drink an pack of cigarettes.... im just emotionally a reck....... glad i signed up to open the clinic tomorrow..... without me there on time the doctors want get in or patients because im the clinic manager an im the only one with the building keys..... i can be late.... so glad i said i would come in.... cause right now im seriously fighting the urge to drink because i know it won't be just one
tonib - I am sure she feels like a jerk tonight so just let it go. It's not you its HER. You are better than that.
Tomorrow is a new day and you will be there bright eyed ready to open the clinic! People are depending on you
Drinking will make this feeling worse. Hang in there!!!

Pizza!! Yumm!!
Don't let the turkeys get you down, Tonib. When I get frustrated with folks at work, I think to myself, "I'm not going to let this jerk compromise my sobriety! Then they'd really win!" Petty, but it works!
