End of week 3
Nd of week 3 / day 21 / another notch on the chart / another happy day / whatever you want to call it.
I'm working overnight tonight and did want to put a "start of week 4" post up in the morning but I don't get a good phone signal at work so I'm doing a end of week 3 post today instead.
Feel absolutely immense today, I'm just leaving for work. Looking forward to the week ahead. It's amazing how being sober holds you together and strengthens you in a way that feels I have body armour on.
I'm ready to tackle today and tomorrow and every other day. The only thing I know about my efforts so far is how I feel here, now and in the present moment and it feels EPIC!!!!!!!
Thanks everyone for all the supportive comments, I've had a couple of sticky situations recently but people on here have helped me massively, this forum has been a really good resource for me.
Thanks and best wishes to everyone here and your respective journeys

Hi and congratulations.
From my experience I’d suggest cherishing and remembering this period for the future IF you have even a little thought of “just one.”
Think of it as a joyous period as opposed to the misery drinking brought.
BE WELL
