Danger Relapse?
Hi guys,
Unfortunately I'm not on here with the good news I managed to not drink over this past weekend as I gave in to temptation last night. Very disappointed in myself. However, last night was a rare good night. Had fun, didn't stuff up or anything. Now I'm still new to trying this recovery thing but would this be what you call a 'dangerous relapse' in the sense it makes you think you can drink like a normal person and have fun?
Although very disappointed I know I am not going to drink next weekend at all. My mind is set and I'm determined not to drink!

The times when nothing happened were dangerous for me yeah - it fed my innermost desire to be able to drink and have no bad stuff happen.
The thing is those nights were luck - no more than than that. The vast majority (20 years worth) of my drinking experiences ended badly.
I assume you're the same Zelt?
