Going to bed sober
Just checking in. Going to bed on my 4th day sober. Feeling good, feeling happy and glad.
Had a mostly lazy day today, watched some DVD's, ate an enormous dinner.
Was about to go to bed when I had a craving for some cold pineapple juice, so I popped to the shop round the corner to get some. It was raining lightly, and there were fireworks in the sky.
Got home, poured out two glasses of pineapple juice and drank them down. Tasted amazing. I suppose what I'm trying to say is, it was a good day, and when I drank that juice I felt good, and that I needed nothing else.
Grateful for what I have, grateful for the continued support of the SR forum.

Nice !!! In my short day 8 of experiences, one of the many things about going to bed sober, for me, is simply knowing I'll probably feel pretty darn good in the morning. And right now that's really GREAT !! Keep it up !
