Thank you, for everything, for all your support, I am not out of the woods just yet so I'll keep on coming back. But I just wanted to tell everyone that what is working for me is keeping a laser focus on the very next step. Don't think about five years from now five months from now or five days from now. Like today, I am concentrating on running my 5 miles this morning and then I will be concentrating on not going to the liquor store. I'm not thinking about what I'm going to do tomorrow, just what I'm going to do today. And because I've been doing that I can look back at myself and kind to be proud of what I'm doing for the first time in my life. I want you all to feel the same way.

I have a biopsy in two weeks, just to see if it's truly ok, Wish me luck! And thank you guys for everything.
