Hello all, glad to be solidly in my day 4 of this new life. A little apprehensive though of a business trip that might be materializing to Angola as early now as a Friday departure. Getting on a plane in free-booze-business class cabin has always been an issue for me. My mind is already battling in advance. Will be leaning on you folks for support for sure. Hope everyone has a great day !!!

Congrats on 4 days. Booze-free business trips were a new experience for me - but only once! Once I did it then I knew it could be done and (like everything) it got easier.

Yeah, booze free trips are definitely better for me. I didn't have to stress out about the stewardess bringing me enough booze, getting off the plane and waiting for my luggage while sobering up and tired and reeking of booze, worrying about when and where I can continue drinking (because I could never stop), etc. It's just better to not drink.
