Brushing up today.

Spending some time on this site today, and also reading my RR book- just a brush up. It seems like a good idea, sometimes I need to remember why I am here at all, that I have to work a little harder to cope with life in a healthy way, I'm doing just fine, I don't want to disappear down the rabbit hole again.

So grateful for a place where I don't feel so alone. Thank you, SR friends.
