Starting out

Hi, not sure how this all works yet, so sorry if I make mistakes.

Starting out on the path to getting sober, something that is way overdue in my life. I suppose I am hoping that this forum will show me I am NOT the only person in the world, doing this!

Believe me, you aren't going thru this alone. I'm on two weeks and the support here really helps and you don't have to go anywhere you can get help and support in your own home.

Hey Jack, welcome. I think after you look around a bit, you'll realize that you're in no way "the only person in the world" trying to do this. We all are.
