Getting back in track

Thankfully I only drank for 5 days this time. I had 39 sober days then slipped for the last 5 days. Last time it was several months so this is an improvement. I'm not going to beat myself up though. I am very disappointed in myself because I was doing so good.

Today is a new day and I will not drink. Hope everyone has an awesome day!

Welcome back!

I hope you can figure out why you decided to drink after 39 days and then you can zoom through that point this time.

I thought it would be ok to have a few mango Rita's while watching football. Then when I began drinking I decided vodka was even better. So off I went to the liquor store. Sunday was a blur. I don't want weekends like that again.
