Month One - Done
Phew, that was interesting...
First few weeks, lack of sleep etc aside, it was reasonably ok...last week, was hard work, Ive been feeling pretty numb/disengaged a lot of the time (like I'm having to pretend to be me a lot of the time, probably doesn't make sense) the rest if the time I've been feeling frustrated and angry with myself, and have had some long standoffs with my AV, that guy is really irritating
But...considering the last week has been so challenging, I'm on this.
Roll on month 2, and AV, bring it on, I know who you are.
