This is new to me

Last night, at the urging of counselors at drug rehab my husband attended, I went to my first al anon meeting. I need help. My husband is now a recovering drug addict and our lives have been turned upside down by his addiction. I have learned over past few days that I have to fix me, not him. I am hoping that with the help of al anon I will be able to do that.
