Yep, Day 3 is tough. Whenever I had come off a long binge, I wouldn't be able to sleep until the end of Day 3. Hang in there!

Kudos Suziequeue on 3 days and welcome! I'm new here in recovery also. Scary place to be (beginning a new beginning), but I'm planning a retaliation against my addiction. So far, it's losing.
