One month and thank you

Hi all,
It has been one month on Monday that I have quit drinking and smoking (although I confess that I did have a cigarette or two to get me through a couple of rough patches but absolutely no alcohol!). I just wanted to thank everyone here for your tremendous support! While I can't post much, I am on here all of the time reading and learning (I sneak a little in at work!!). You all have been a major factor in my determination to stay sober!! I will continue to stay on read and post as much as I can!! I mainly just wanted to say "Thank You" to everyone here!! We can do this

30 days is huge...what a great achievement!

I remember when just getting through day 1 and 2 freaked me out....30 days felt like an impossible feat. Pat yourself on the back.

That's great, trying2behappy! Based on what I've heard about nicotine withdrawals, I'm amazed when people can quit drinking AND smoking at the same time! I wish you lots of continued success. Well done.
