Fantastic Erin...yes yes yes just do one day at a time....that is what I have been doing...I have been pushing through my urges..... and today I woke up for the sixth morning in a row without a hanger over...and without regret!! When I feel the urge for a drink....I make myself stop .... then ask myself..how do I want to feel when I wake up in the morning...and then the urge passes and I get through the rest of the night and go to bed knowing I havnt had a drink that day ....So day 1 is fantastic ... and all you need to need to get through is day 2 ...... go for it Erin
