Hello friends
I had forgotten my daughter had a dinner with her girl scout troop. Not a big deal, get outta house, see different walls. The girls sat down on one side the moms on the other. Then 3 of the moms ordered Sangrias.....decision time for me. Order a drink and run the risk that it won't be enough, and come home to end my night secretly drinking until I go to bed? Hhhmmmmmm? Well I recalled how sh**# I felt WED after a Binger and when I woke up at 3 am and decided "no more!"--this helped me greatly. YOU SR AND ALL THE MEMBERS helped me look at my waitress and order a diet coke w a lemon wedge...yes I looked at the sangria--ok ok I ogled it! But I was ok, even when they ordered 2nds

Glad you made it over that hurdle versa! It feels so good when we triumph over temptation. It'll get easier as you go along. You'll be so happy in the morning when you wake up with a clear head.
