Have strength it will get better
3 days dry today but the last 2 days were horrible!
Sweating, feeling sick to my stomach, aches in my kidneys, pains in my stomach & dizzy spells!
Today I feel a lot better with just a slight sicky feeling and stomach pains!
Hopefully this time tomorrow I will feel better again.
As they say, onwards and upwards!

Great progress, Gimpboy. It really does get better.
I've always liked the tortoise from the tortoise and the hare "slow and steady wins the race".
Just take care of yourself. Hydrate with lots of water and herbal tea. Eat nutritious foods, stay in bed all day if you can. You'll be over the worst soon enough and on your way to something better

The first day I quit drinking, I was so sick to my stomach that I couldn't eat, had the shakes and a horrible headache. Day by day, it got better. After the first week, those symptoms went away. Stick with it and do whatever it takes to feel better. I spent a lot of time just watching tv to distract myself.
