I would give up the drink and tackle the sleeping tablets later if I were you.
Giving up 2 addictions at once can be difficult and put more pressure on you.
You have not made a mess of your life, you can turn it round the minute you decide to not pick that 1st drink up.

Felt so much better today!
It was almost funny though. The first day after I stop drinking the battery in my alarm decides to die and I sleep until 9.15 am! I had to tell work I had an urgent doctor's appointment.
That kind of thing could have thrown me off, but it didn't, so I'm glad.

So glad you woke up clear today I had a great day and I just need to do this each day. I want to be free. I need to be here and at meetings here and there.
