Technically day 1
Well this is my night 1 technically. Detox sucks as usual, but it's only temporary.
Hopefully it goes by fast and I can get started on my recovery plan and avoid this in the future.

Well for starters I plan on posting and reading more. (Which I have already started obviously)
I had extra demand at my job which severely limited my time. I no longer have that.
I'm not going to be around that crap for quite a long time before I trust myself to be around it.
I'm going to focus more on exercise and health. I feel so much happier when I do that.

Hello Justin
I have just had one of the worst weeks of my life with regards to being ill from alcohol. I had stopped for 6 months after being in hospital however (it's a long story)!
The last 2 days after stopping drinking were really bad withe the usual sweating at night, no sleep, itchy skin, pains in the stomach and dry heaves but.........I am determined to do it and believe me if I can go through that, so can you!
You can do it!
