Another one bites the dust...

Eight months down! Just left a meeting where I got my eight month chip.

Topics of the day centered around God and prayer.

I believe in a higher power. Not a 'him' not a 'her' nor even necessarily a 'God' - but a power that gives us strength and which unites all things and with which we may interact if we wish.

I believe in the 'higher power' of this community which has been here for me and a critical tool in my unfolding sobriety.

I believe in the 'higher power' of AA which gives me face to face community and support when I need it.

I believe in the 'higher power' within..... Guiding me in the direction of my Highest Good when I am willing to listen.

Thank you all for eight months. It keeps getting better.
