Yah Ta Hey (Hello) First post here found this site last nite feel real good about it. Been sober now going on 5 months tomorrow

Thank You. 5 months tomorrow I truly appreciate the support it's been a nice eye opener. I have tired really hard to dig deep and work on a lot of childhood issues that I feel help start things. I have a councilor I see once a week tomorrow in fact and of course all my daily readings, meditations, prayers and AA. I try to keep myself busy and focused some days are easier than others but thats ok I have a very strong support system and it feels Great to know Now I have this Great Forum to come to
