Megan I can totally relate except I'm a 32 year old girl married with kids. I felt the same hesitation about AA. I now love my AA group. I tried a few meetings but founfdv one where I adore the people. I'm now almost 6 months sober and sooo much happier. Yoga classes have helped me too

Welcome megan. Your story sounds like mine. Social responsible drinking......fast forward three years. Drinking at 8 am just to keep from vomiting. drinking all day. passing out at night. Waking up at 2 am drinking a couple. Cycle repeats. You will find plenty of understanding people here. This is a perfect starting point for you. You done many things in your life. This is just another hurdle for you.
