Sharon I was wondering what I was gonna do for the morning and the song title caught my attention and while I was listening it reminded me of how awful I had treated a girlfriend once and I felt so guilty I burst into tears, couldn't believe it, however it's nice to have thd full range of emotions again.

It is nice Nefer to, like you said, regain full reign
of our emotions, healthy, honest, sencere emotions
to enjoy, appreciate and be grateful for, now that
we are in recovery.
Healthy emotions to feel and experience
in our clean and sober minds, body and souls.
You, like me and many in recovery are
forever growing, learning every step of
the way on our recovery journey.
You can now embrace
your healthy
emotions and forgive yourself from past
experiences.
How COOL is that?
