How i ask
A good scare is worth more to a man than good advice.

The fear that i have inside me right now is like a volcano about to explode. My heart races, my brain is aching, my body feels lost with itself. How do i find myself again, the advice given by those around me just ran off in the wind forever forgotten in my addiction. Where do i start, well one thing i do know is i start with me, and i make it a point to go against every grain my addiction has placed inside me. How i ask myself. It is not a simple task, but it is also a well worked and well chosen path, the battle will be long, i know this from experience, in the end i still ask how. Simply by taking it slowly and paying attention is how.
I found a long time ago a journal that you can download, its very unique, it is based on recovery, it gives you questions quotes to insert and base entrys off of, i hope it can help others, it is simple to use if you know how to use word, but it also has an instruction section to help, heres the link and its completely free. the above post is what i wrote in there today.
