well....I'm back

Been gone a while, but now I'm back. Have gotten a lot of things right since I have been gone but moderation isn't one of them. I'm here to give up the beer, again. I have unfortunately let the six pack of IPA creep back into my life 2 to 4 nights a week. Thanks for being there for me guys, have a feeling I will be around a while longer this time.

Welcome back, looking4!

I tried moderation but it just left me miserable and obsessive

Alcohol-free is much easier

I conducted a 34-year experiment into moderation and concluded that it just doesn't work for me. Complete abstinence from alcohol is my only option.

Welcome back, yeah I went round and round on the moderation circle for quite some time, only for my drinking to progress as bad as ever again, so I know the feeling!!
