Thanks so much for that; those are the kinds of stories that inspire me.

I'm apparently a relatively "high bottom" guy; in the past, this has made it easier for me to think I can control it, live "moderately." Combine that thought with a little stress, and I'm in trouble.

A story like Kelly's allows me to relate very keenly. Knowing there are others like you, and THEY have managed to make the right decisions and stick with them-- huge. And she spells out the benefits-- I'm experiencing those benefits, but I forget them under stress.
