Have to say my sex life has improved quite a bit since I'm sober. That's always a good thing. Can't believe its a week already tomorrow. Seems like the time goes by faster now. The ups and downs of my mood swings have been the biggest pain in my butt. Only really craved a coplu of times when I got stressed out about possibly going to rehab. Once I convinced myself that certain therapist wasn't the only one I could go to I started to feel better. I always spend time with my wife and daughter but now it seems like more quality vs quantity. I don't have the feeling of shame taking my trash bag full of beer cans to the trash just to find out it is already full of boxes and cans from the nights before. I actually think a thought which is is refreshing. I don't wake up reaking of alcohol. My skin doesn't sweat that nasty beer smell.
