Foggy brain freak show
Hi all! Day 3 and feeling really good!
My brain is foggy like I'm in a permanent hangover. I'm in cruise control often just doing my shores like a zombie walking on a foggy road Lord of the Rings type scenery.
Better than the real hangover tho, didn't have to run to the bathroom 50 times. ;-)
Have a great day everyone!

I read the title of your post and thought it was the bluegrass song 'foggy mountain breakdown.' I guess I should put my reading glasses on. Regardless I hope your foggy brain goes away. Foggy dull brain is my least favorite side effect of alcohol.

Thanks all!
I am totally on fire when sober. I cleaned all my outside windows, the gutters, cleaned the inside of the house. Yikes! Now it's HALT! time, starving like crazy, and tired.
Now I just relax and pick up my little boy in a few. His mom usually brings him cause I'm half in the bag. But not today and the rest of my life.

In my experience, 1 or 2 cups of green tea shortly after waking helps somewhat with the "brain fog". Add in a cup of coffee for the shot of caffeine and you can reduce the cloudy-iness of your mind anywhere from 30%-50%........ your mileage may vary
I'm a big fan of green tea, it's dirt-cheap (i picked up a box of 100 tea bags for like $3) and it has L-theanine - which is a mental clarity/focus booster. The Asian countries drink lots of tea............ look at how much better their health is compared to the overweight, health-problem-ridden, cancer-thru-the-ROOF Western countries.
I try to squeeze in 1-2 small cups every morning - depending on how i feel, along with my coffee......... every little bit helps
