Congrats on day 6.

I'm having a similar experience this time around. This quit seem rougher than any before. I'm wondering if the kindling effect is in play here. I'm on day 8 and the fatigue is especially getting to me.

Hang in there. These are the early days! Things are going to get better!

Sorry that you're feeling poorly, but CHEERS that you're holding strong! From what I've heard, it gets better eventually. (I'm on day 6 myself.) I keep working on fluids and vitamins, also vitamin B. I try to be sure I'm eating enough healthy foods.

Do you have a plan for handling the weekend? I'm trying to think through it ahead of time. Lemonade or iced tea. Gardening. Cleaning house. Perhaps making a big family breakfast. Remembering that each morning I can wake up and say "I will not drink today, I will embrace the joys of sobriety as I learn them. I will be open to finding them as they arise."

Hang in there!

Well, didn't you have trouble sleeping night before last? Sleep is all over the place at first.

Three hours one night, then twelve. Just keep on keeping on.

Hang in there!!!! It's amazing how crappy you can feel at the beginning, it is all too fresh in my mind! Now that you are six days in, you are six days closer to feeling better!!!!

Hang in there, it will get better each day.
Try and eat something healthy and drink lots of water.
Sleep will start to improve and the fatigue will gradually decrease.
Hope you feel better soon, I know what you're going through.
On day 10 here.

Hope you feel a little better now Christi.
If not, or if you feel concerned, seeing your Dr might be the go
