Does anyone

Random question but does anyone have one of those friends that no matter what they try to make u feel bad or fall out with u?
I do and this friend fell out with me as apparently she was in love with me but then still wanted to be my friend.
No matter what though I try my best to be a good friend to her but she says things or txt things that come across as wrong.
She is paranoid that I have said stuff to people and just generally makes me bad.
She is a lovely girl but how she is is getting me down.

What shall I do as all I get is drama from her.

I don't like drama in my life anymore Zombie Girl.
She sounds like a lot of work to me.

I'm thinking I'm just going to tell her to leave me alone and ill just see her about at work.
She annoys me as she was a good friend but then when she told me how she felt about me she thought it was ok to slag off my husband n what not.
I don't need the drams in my life not with everything im going through

Cut down on any drama. If she was a good friend she wouldn't be slagging your husband off.

I've just told her exactly how I feel.
Guys it's like every other week she looks to fall out with me n it's so annoying. One week a few weeks ago I'd had enough n drank loads.
I don't need stuff like that in my life

Some people thrive on drama. It's really sad actually because it's typically due to the fact that they need it in order to feel like they're living.

These are the same people whose eyes will light up if they think you have a big juicy piece of gossip. Or, when they're delivering gossip their eyes glaze over and they get all excited.

It's how they fill their life and how they feel emotion. Absence of drama is boredom to them and you definitely don't need that in your life with the hard work that you're doing!

You don't need the aggravation zombiegirl. As I've continued on my sober journey I've gotten pretty draconian in determining who I wanted to remain friends with. I ask myself is this individual adding anything positive to, or enriching my life in any way? If the answer to that simple question is no, then I cut them loose. Suffice it to say that many of my drinking buddies that I once considered "friends" are no longer friends. Also I've cut loose a few of those "friends" that thrive on drama, moodiness, etc. So far I have no regrets, and I'm much happier with my social interactions and communications as a result.

Yes, I agree with others ZG. Especially in your present state. But even if you were on solid ground, is this someone you'd want in your life?

Funny - I had to look up slagging. My only reference to it was from an old Mott The Hoople record from years ago. You Brits do have the slang...

Keep it going ZombieGirl.

I'm going to just ignore her. She said I've one of these personalities that make people fall for me.
I've no idea what that means.
I think I'm going to be better off without her in my life.
It's like she carries on like we are a couple it's so odd
