Thank you for the advice everyone.
Maybe next year I'll be stronger
and better able to resist the temptation.

Once that music flows, so does the beer.

I have some CD's I can play and a few
DVD's. (No Beer)

I have bad memories of taste of Chicago and I was stone cold sober. I had to be there for work and the drunken fights in the streets, and the drunks on the train ride home made me dread going.

Taste of Chicago is a nightmare Ruby.
The whole city is a nightmare.
That is why I moved north.

Well, I do still live here but I understand the lure of the north. I'm thinking about why I came back and stayed and it is hard to explain. It can be maddening, frustrating, exhilarating, tragic, comic, beautiful and ugly. its like unpeeling an onion. Layer upon layer upon layer. That plus my immediate family is still here.

Maybe in the future..........
