Any PC gamers on here?
Hey - played Ultima Online (vis modem!) ..and met my wife on-line there too. One of the first on-line romances I suspect!
Video games are the perfect escape! I've played just about every one out there and I still go back to WoW every so often.
Dragon Age is awesome, easily one of my top 3 favorite games ever. Dragon Age 2, not so much. Check out Skyrim if you get a chance too.

Wow i was just going to post the exact same games...although i am an xbox player and i know that PC guys don't take us console guys too seriously...i'm joining in anyway;-)
Skyrim is my next (and last for a while!) game.
I'm "old-school".
I play Sid Meier Games (Civilization, Alpha Centauri, Railroad Tycoon), and old text-based MMORPG's known as MUDs, or Multi-User Dungeons.
I probably spend too much time on these games, but it's better than ending up God-knows-where from drinking.

All fantastic games. You ever play Dragon Realms or Gemstone 3?

I play Starcraft 2 like nobody's business. It has the added benefit of being an RTS (real time strategy) game. I play competitively, and I can tell you that if you're drinking you will be awful at it. A video game might sound like a dumb motivator for being sober, but I really find that it works. Especially since I play in the evenings which used to be my drinking time.
Now I use that time to eradicate the universe of the Protoss race. :-)

I haven't played in a few days because my friends I play with abandoned me in Ogrimmar and I'm usually an alliance person so I dunno where to go.

About 130 average APM for a typical Zerg game. If I go muta ling baneling tech, I have been known to spike in the neighborhood of 300 during attacks. Two armies hotkeyed, attacking two different places at once, queen injections, making more army, upgrading army, etc...
Hell yeah I'm serious! If we can get enough ppl on board.. Wow seems to be the popular choice. But hey I'd leave GW2 for wow if we got a good guild going
Haha Justin that sounds intense. I've only got the starter edition and only started playing again.. I got like 40 APM at the moment lol
