Thumbs down bear3

Well for anyone who was on this afternoon, I f...d up and had a drink. It made me crazy that 1 was the limit. But for the grace of god did I refrain from anymore.
Then to top it off I was feeling really squirrelly just before I thoght I should retire for the night, I smoked a bowl

Thank you Hevyn. Love the dog, I just got my boy the end of February. Talk about a lifesaver. After losing my partnerof 13 plus years lasts September I thought hard about following her but she always encouraged me to go on and live a life...

I'm stuck in the Nothing Gold Can Stay by Robert Frost, but looking to fall into She is Gone by David Harkins. I feel so stuck an confused on how I'm supposed to go on without her, I keep going back to drinking or drugging. I've got to start making better decisions or I will never get a life.

Use the support here when you feel vulnerable bear. Stay committed to making good decisions and you'll find those better stronger choices will come naturally
