There is one important thing to remember in all this. luisa: pay attention to just how concerned you are about your health. It is an indication that you really do care about yourself, and that you are really sorry for putting your health in jeopardy by drinking. Think of that the next time the AV starts to whisper in your ear. It's one of the things I have to remind myself of, too, since I was just like you a couple months ago.
