Just an update
Been really busy, need to post a long vent on here so as to sort out my thoughts and goings-on but haven't had the time. Figured I'd blurb a brief update and come back to it later tonight to fill in details.
Nineteen days sober and five days smoke-free.
In a weird place mentally these days. Generally feeling crazy and at a loss how to organize my life effectively. Vary from wanting to run away to wanting to kill somebody to feeling on top of the world and grateful for the opportunity to be alive and experiencing all this.
Frustrated with work and bf, irritated with my ex and child situation, and my sober/recovered dad is coming to visit beginning of May (lots of bad old memories and triggers there).
So anyway. I'll be back to post more later. Off to boxing class. Hooyah!

Congrats on 19 days Rogue - it's not uncommon for the first month to make you feel like you're losing your mind - but stick with it - it gets better - lean on us for support when you need it
