that number any energy. Use your energy on
focusing on your new healthier life
If you repeatedly tell yourself, YOU CAN'T
you'll stay in that same frame of mind.
Change will be as hard as we make it
This I know for sure

Why not use that as a daily mantra
I CAN DO IT....repeat it a zillion times
a day if you have to. That's what I did
at the beginning. Mine was I"M DUN WITH IT
I'd even scream it out. It works, it takes away
the power of thoughts we don't need.
