Hi Jason. I'm new as well. I promise not to drink today if you won't. If it's medically safe for you that is. I think we made the right choice coming here. So glad I found this website.

Welcome Jason, I agree with seeing a Doc. and getting some kind of support from other alcoholics.

For me, recovery websites, spiritual literature, speaker CD's are good when I can't get to meetings but it was and still is AA that got and keeps me sober.
