Feeling great, benefits already noticeable eating better appetites come back, sleeping better and started exercising again. Plus I've spent almost none of this weeks paycheck! Still smoking the occasional cigarette but one habit at a time at least I'm not drinking, got through my first st pats day without a Guinness!

I'm 6 days in and stopped smoking today...
Your doing well keep at it don't worry to much about the smokes you can deal with them when your feeling stronger...best to puff than drink!
Write down how good your feeling then when you get jittery come on here or read what you have wrote down or both!
Keep at it you will be fine

Thank you both! That's a great idea country girl, I was once great at keeping journals starting a new one with all the benefits of my sobriety will be a great project to work on.
