I was driving home from work this evening, flicking radio stations, as usual, and this song came on, a throw back to the 1990s but it is still pretty catchy.

Anyways I straight away thought of my SR family, it's Friday evening and there will be people struggling this evening, I thought to myself.

We talk all the time about 1 day at a time, and it's true, but when your really feeling it, if you can just hold on for one more day, tomorrow you might feel different, there will be good and bad days, just hang on a little bit longer rather than turning to our addiction.

Eventually you'll get there by simply holding on for just for one more day!!

@Aarryckha - Haven't heard this song in ages, the lyrics are great and can applied to addiction very well, I might even download it now
