I understand that your schedule is busy but I would suggest Al Anon when you can. You need the support so that you are taking care of the important things: you and the children. I wish the best for your husband and respect you for being the rock of the family. There is a friends and family forum on this site that you should check out.

Seems like all the rage these days to just bring your children, babies and pets along with you to the meeting.

spouse of recovering alcoholic

It is hard to find others that understand your situation. It is not just the alcoholic that suffers, but the spouse and the children. I am still trying to find others with similar situations like mine, but I am also very great full for the support I have been receiving from anyone and I amhappy to give support to anyone who needs it.

Hi and welcome rainbow

I'd encourage to also look at the Family and Friends forum others have mentioned.
You'll find lots of people with similar experiences there.
