took me a while to understand it was the 1st one that got me. for quite some time I thought It was the one right before the blackout. thank God I realized I cant get to the blackout without getting past the 1st one.

My life did not crumble either... I was pretty good at hiding... but the problem gets bigger by day!!!

I had a problem cos I thought I had not reached rock bottom...
I could not get round it...
I wanted more I could take more...

I thought Until I hit Rock Bottom I will not learn I will not accept it...
I will not stop...
I can enjoy more... get more high...
Is is not better break before the car crashes!!!
Or would you rather accelerate and be half paralysed and then say...
you see I have learned my lesson...
now that I harm myself and others I stop...

I read:
ROCK BOTTOM: when something happens that makes you receptive to change...

This is only the beginning!!!
You have a problem and do something about it...
Hope you get round it soon, It is worth it...
