Eating food with alcohol
Look into alcohol in food. It does not get completely cooked off, especially in tiramisu, which generally isn't cooked at all.
I wouldn't call it a slip, but I think it's playing with fire. You can clearly taste the alcohol in that particular dessert. They are smothered in rum/coffee.

The difference is, vanilla extract has the alcohol baked off during baking. Tiramisu alcohol recipes typically have the alcohol added without a baking process to cook the alcohol off. You'll actually find non-alcoholic versions of a lot of tiramisu recipes for this reason. Of course it depends on the recipe.
