Raider words

Ok day 3. Went to gP for something to help with the white knuckle. Was embarrassed since this is the second time. She could not have been more understanding. Praises for coming back' she says. Feeling kind of tired, achy, but calm right now. Made two huge batches of spaghetti with 80 meatballs. Exercised on the elliptical. Hooked up the XM radio to the stereo so I can listen to The Message. Still waiting for therapist call. So decided to call GP for a recommendation. No calls back yet but hopeful someone will call. Thanks guys!!

All summer my father in law cans tomatoes. I get the bulk of them. None of the rest family uses them. I use them and makes the spaghetti spectacular. My father in law loves them. He works all summer canning them for me. I have been neglectful in returning the favor. A come on over Scott. I can feed an army!!

Good work, Raider! Keep at it.

I love The Message. It really makes some passages come alive and make sense!

Raider, I am happy your GP was amazing. I think docs see how tough it is, what we are all doing is NOT easy. I think seeing someone who is struggling and working hard like you are is a cause for admiration by anyone in the medical community who understands alcoholism. Why do I always leave SR hungry???

Raider this is wonderful! It's great that you went to your GP and that you are looking into local help and you've always got us here 24/7.

I am so glad that you are doing this too! Productivity is so helpful, like my "recovery blanket" in my avatar which I knited for a fistula hospital. In the beginning it was a huge help to me to change things: where the wine glasses were, where I sat in the evening, what I did in the evening.

If Scott's coming over, can I come over too? That would give us 26.66666 meatballs each and I promise not to fight over the .66666.

Sounds like you're doing good, Raider. Sending good vibes your way. Keep it up! We are hungry too but don't feel like making dinner. Can I send my kids over?

I admire you for not giving up and continuing to move forward. You can do this Raider. I am sending positive vibes your way.

About the meatballs...I will eat the .66666 left over from Scott and Marcher and will be able to share my leftovers with anyone who is hungry for a feast!
