Day 8
Day 8 today, cannot believe i have been sober for 8 days, the best I have done since 2010 im going to do this, i feel foggy and tired today, bit depressed but im eating well so hope that can make me feel better! Headaches are still hanging around.

Congrats on 8 days sober! The fogginess and such will dissipate with time. Give yourself a few months sober and you'll be feeling much better.

I like hearing that, alcohol sure must mess the body for a long time..... Im only realising this now after a wake up call
