Hey everyone
I've been battling off and on with binge drinking. Got bad back when I was
28 and travelling. Then it got better and it's been off and on since.
A few years back I was doing really well but then was seriously injured when someone stabbed me. I healed up but haven't been the same since and started binge drinking again.
I don't want to keep going like this so I've come here for support in my switch to sobriety.
Thank you for reading this.

Hello and welcome.
You'll find lots of support here.
I was a binge drinker when I was your age, too. That led to every day drinking and a life of misery.
You're very wise to realize you have a problem now, if you can stop It'll save you a life not worth living.
I've been seriously injured, too, and used it for an excuse to drink for a long time. So you're not alone.
Best to you.
