Just putting it out there, so that I can't do my old trick of 'rewarding' myself with a bottle afterwards. I don't actually mind the dentist anymore - guess I'm getting used to it, but just wanted to make sure and have you all keep an eye on things

Hey Skye, great idea to keep yourself accountable by sharing this potential trigger with us. Post here afterwards as well! I'm sure everything will go well. I've had to go to the dentist a few times since I quit drinking. Now that I have healthier and better-looking teeth I don't want to ruin them all over again by drinking - yet another great motivation for staying sober!
