Another day Alex! Go guy and keep up the good work.

I agree with diet.......... drink plenty of good water and eat well. Last time for me was not too get too hungry and eat at regular times.

I find food helps. When you have the urge to drink like you said usually after work. Eat something. Have your dinner. Have a cup of tea, it normally helps the urges. I read somewhere the urge to drink is sometimes linked to the body wanting easy carbs, which is where the drink comes in. Replace it with food. Don't worry about your weight, most food you would eat would be 10 times more healthy than alcohol. Once the cravings decrease then ease of the food. In the meantime eat and if you have to run more ... lol.


Lastly what I found that helped was, getting up very early in the morning. That way you would want to sleep earlier in the evening/night, when usually it's your time to drink!
