Sobriety - The Plan
1. All alcohol has been put out of reach.
2. AA meeting at 5pm GMT tonight.
3. Practice the act of drinking, staggering into bed, room spin, feeling sick, being sick, hangover, speach to self about giving up the booze and then reversing the movie in my head to beat cravings.
4. 4 x 80mg Vit C
5. 2 x 500mg L-Glutathione
6. Going to to the gym/sauna at 8pm tonight.
7. Write an entry in new journal describing my feelings as others on SR have done.
8. Be in bed Sober by 12pm tonight for a good nights sleep.
9. Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
10. Eat lots of peanuts (raw) throughout the day.
11. Watch as many Youtube videos on Alcoholism and reading as much as possible on SR.
Plan A :: GET THROUGH DAY 1 WITHOUT A DRINK

Solid plan!! . . . I especially like the "reversing the movie" idea, focusing on the final credits at the end of the movie should stop us ever hitting the play button!!
