Did you enjoy the meeting? Did you get anything out of it? If so go again tomorrow. And the next day. Start to meet the people in the meeting and share when are comfortable. If you are going on 60 days you have a great head start over most newcomers there.

It's really hard at first ..as you would know..getting to 60 days ....i just went through the motions day to day...didn't really know what to do with myself.
Gradually , the brain started clearing..the fog lifted .
I found the best thing that worked for me was walking my dogs ..even if i really didn't want to go out. Once I'm out the door ..it's invigorating ..the fresh air etc.
always puts me in a good mood .
