It will be tough at the beginning but can be done.
You need to get help to support you.
I advice you you get to AA, or read the AA book, AVRT book for agnostic, go to doctors....

Welcome Judy! Try and keep yourself busy, stay hydrated. Lot's of water, if you can keep it down. The forums were a life saver for me.
